With faster access to cash, small business owners could focus on growing their companies instead of worrying about money. Facilitating quicker payout times also removed some barriers underrepresented founders experience gaining cashflow.
With a change from acute care to ongoing maintenance, Vetster looked to expand it's target audience post-pandemic. A rebuild of the mobile and web application(s), as well as an accessible rebrand, allowed them to gain a sizeable lift in paying customers.
At the time of joining, Vetster was absent of process & were missing most of their deadlines. As a leadership team, Design, Product, Engineering and Data worked together over several weeks to create a supportive structure where our teams could excel.
Clio were looking to onboard mid-market law firms to drive additional revenue. Lacking insight into how their problems differed from current users, a two-month research project around the future vision for the Documents team became a valuable undertaking.
